The project began to be managed in 2013. The residency programme has been running since September 2017, with the aim of creating a space for production and offering opportunities for introspection for national and foreign professional artists.
The residency provides: housing/workshop and the possibility of an open studio in the town of Raco, and/or another place to be agreed upon.
Participants will find a rural space that stimulates artistic practice. The residency is self-directed, offering a place for participants to come and concentrate on their projects and research, an editorial project and a Printmaking Club in the centre of San Miguel de Tucuman that provides technical training for those who request it.
The residency is located 50 minutes from the city of San Miguel de Tucumán.
